You can shoot video on your cell phone and email or MMS it to your account at Motionbox (www.motionbox.com). Motionbox has tools for editing and mixing your videos. Once you are satisfied with your video, you can embed it in your blog or website (copy the embed code provided by Motionbox into the HTML editor on your blog or website).

Phlogging with iPadio
Here are the directions for creating a phlog using iPadio (www.ipadio.com). I recorded the directions using my cell phone and then embedded the recording here in my blog. Phone + blog = phlog!
